Baby Update

We were able to find out that we are having a beautiful, healthy baby! We decided last minute not to find out what we were having. It was such a wonderful surprise with Deacon we decided to do it again. We had our "half way" ultrasound right after Christmas (18 weeks)and everything looks great. The baby was measuring right where it should be and had everything the doctor was looking for. We also got to meet with my cardiologist this past week for a fetal echo and everything looks great! The ultrasound tech even gave us a sneak peak of the baby's face and arms (we stayed away from the bottom half... just in case). The baby is starting to become more active and when I'm finally sitting for the night I'm able to feel him moving around. Dustin was able to feel a couple kicks too! I forgot what a wonderful feeling it is. Deacon is remembering that the baby is in my tummy and will come over and give the baby a kiss... so sweet. Dustin being the wonderful husband/ dad that he is got both me and Deacon a little "half way" gift. Deacon got a new toy car and I got chocolate and flowers! Here are some pictures of the new little one.

20 weeks!

Tickle, Tickle

Deacon was having a good time tonight tickling dad's feet! He thought it was so funny. He says "tickle, tickle, tickle" and we would start to laugh. I was able to get a couple good smiles... Deacon hates taking pictures, so this is about all I could get out of him!

Profession??

Deacon has been working on different professions for his future. Dustin taught him how to do the Heisman award pose and apparently I've taught him how to sweep :) Here is Deacon in action!

Lazy Weekend

Here are some pictures over our past couple weekends... We've been pretty lazy. Deacon's new favorite thing is the movie Cars. He wants it on all the time. I think we all have it memorized!

Watching Cars! I love the way he lays to watch it... like a "big" kid!

Another Christmas!

The weekend after Christmas we were lucky enough to see the the other side of the family! Deacon loved hanging out with his Grandma Peg, Grandpa Curt and Grampy, along with all of his aunties! We had a great lunch of John Hardy's and followed it up with some Wii Fit :). Here are some fun family pictures!
