Dustin got promotion at work, I had conferences and was gone two nights, we are still working on the basement... we can't wait until 2012... its our year of nothing :) The boys are getting bigger every day! Deacon seems to pick up on everything and Zach is just starting to babble~so cute! Here are some of our pictures...

Trick or Treat!

Well Deacon's new favorite holiday is Halloween! (which excites me for Christmas!) He has been practicing for Halloween all week. He would knock on any door in the house, say trick-or-treat, get pretend candy from you, say thank you and bye bye. So by the time the 31st rolled around we were ready to go! Deacon was a monkey and Zachary was his little banana! Funny enough Deacon and Zachary's friends across the street were also a monkey and bananas! They were too cute. After going up and down the street Deacon passed out the candy for us. He anxiously waited on the steps for the next trick-or-treaters to come!

Getting ready for the big day!

PUMPKINS

Deacon LOVED carving our pumpkins this year. He was digging in and getting all the seeds out. He knew which pumpkin was his and which was Zach's. He still is loving sitting next to them on the front steps :) and continues to eat the seeds.

our attempt...

To get some nice pictures failed... Deacon was NOT in the mood to be taking pictures so I thought I would share what we got...

Not SO bad yet...
Please, God, Make mom stop

OK...

I'm done with this...

Too bad Zach!

No MORE!

So sad
