Deacon is starting to like doing more hands on art projects! Here are a couple from this past week!

On Saturday we made play-doh and Deacon seemed to enjoy it. We got out the cookie cutters and had some fun!

Big Boy Bed

Well last weekend we finally got Deacon's big boy bed set up! He loves to play in it, but is not to happy about sleeping in the bed. The first night we set it up he took his nap and slept over night in it, but since then has chosen to sleep in his crib. He still plays on the bed and likes to talk about it, so we are still hopeful. We let him decide every night where he wants to sleep... hopefully before the baby comes he will want to be in his bed. Here are some pictures of the boys getting everything set up!

Baby Update

Well there isn't much to update! The baby, Mom, Dad and big brother are all GREAT!

The past month...

Sorry it's been so long between posts. 3rd trimester tiredness has started to kick in. We are starting to think about getting ready for the baby! With only 11 weeks to go we are getting excited and our project for the next month is to get Deacon in a big boy bed! The baby is doing great and we are gestational diabetes free this time around! YAY! Deacon is becoming such a big boy. He can say a ton of words and keeps us moving at ALL times! He has too much energy for us, we are uncertain how we are going to keep up with two! Deacon has also started getting his two year molars- one is already in and the other three I'm sure are right behind! Here are some pictures from the past month.

Deacon's new favorite... the glasses! His plastic cups and sippys aren't cool enough when we are home... he does a great job with them! Only one glass has fallen and it didn't break!
