FUN!

Bath Time continues to be one of Deacon's favorites! When you ask him if he's ready to take a bath he squeals and runs to the bathroom, grabs all his toys and throws them in, then runs to his bedroom to take off his clothes! He'll stay in the bath for 20-30 minutes every night :) Here are some of his smiles during bath!

Reading

As always one of Deacon's favorite things to do is read... here is Deacon and Dustin reading his favorite Truck book. Deacon can now spot every "A" and "O" in the book :)

Now that the football season has officially ended... Thank God... the Rich household is getting ready for the baseball season! We decided to sport our Twins wear for our Superbowl party since we like neither team... but we still hope the Packers get crushed! April 1st couldn't come soon enough!

More Outside

Here are some outside pictures from today... as always Deacon loved being outside. Dustin and Deacon even ventured out back! Deacon is finally warming up to the snow and will walk in it!

Snow!

We were able to get out the other days when we had a "warm-up" (in the 20's). I forgot how much Deacon loves being outside! We got all bundled up and walked around the driveway and on the sidewalk. He doesn't have much interest in going in the snow, but was brave enough to touch it. He loves to look at it, but it's much safer on the concrete :) . After bring out for 3o minutes we had to go in to make dinner and Deacon threw a tantrum and wanted more outside time... We are all looking forward to spring!

Come on Lets Dance!

And once again we are dancing... every night we dance... tonight we decided to just dance in our diaper and shoes (we love shoes!). We will turn on music and Deacon will dance all over the family room singing. He knows how to do an air-guitar and jams out. He even does a move to the ground and back up. He has so much energy... it amazes us every night!

Blocks and Books

Deacon continues to love to read books and play with blocks, they are some of our evening activities. Deacon now loves to climb up on the rocking chair with a book and read it all himself. He's been able to read while I start cleaning out the room for the baby. And of course he loves to build towers with dad and then knock them down!
