Oxbow

We made one final trip out as a family of three to Oxbow Zoo in Byron. Deacon LOVED it this time around! He was very interested in all the animals and just roaming around. The highlights for him were the turkeys, snakes and cows. Here are some pictures of our wonderful morning together!

So tired...

Mother's Day

We had a great Mother's Day a couple weekends ago. We spent the morning fishing! Deacon got his first pole (Car's) and then we went to a little lake in Rochester. Deacon did great for a while then wanted to run around. We were able to catch a couple fish and Deacon decided that he could "touch it." It was a great day!

From the past month

Since I was a little behind with pictures here are some from the past month! Our first "summer" meal! Deacon LOVED the corn on the cob!

What could be better than pudding?!?!

Kisses for dad

Hugs for dad

Deacon was copying everything Dustin was doing one night.

We were having a cupcake for Dustin's birthday and Deacon was taking his pretty little time. So I told him that we could go outside... so his solution was to put the entire cupcake in his mouth at once! This way he got to eat the whole thing and go outside!

Getting ready for Baby!

Deacon is starting to get ready for the baby! We got him a baby doll a couple weeks ago and he seems to like it... for about 2 minutes then he's off! He does make sure that the baby has her blanket all the time. We also read each week from the Mayo Guide to Pregnancy and Deacon knows that's the baby's book!
