Sitting and 5 months!

I can't believe that Zachary is already 5 months! Just two days before 5 month Zachary decided to start sitting! I qualify sitting as me being able to leave him long enough to get the camera take pictures without him falling over! He's quite the little ham and is always smiling. He still doesn't like to eat cereal and continues to get up twice a night still. Maybe by 6 months we'll sleep though the night... But he still loves Deacon, mommy, daddy, milk, tummy time and any attention he can get (which is all the time). Here are some pictures of our little Zach!

Pumpkin Patch

Well, we learned that you should not go to the pumpkin patch only a week before Halloween. It was slim pickings! But we still had a good time. Deacon got to walk around and see what was left of pumpkins and grampy and Zach had some nice time together :). Here are some pictures from our day!

End of September... Early October

Well the end of September and Early October seems to fly by! Both the boys were sick with croup and Deacon had his first ear infection. I can say now that they are both 100% healthy. During this both had steroids to help with the croup and they were both out for the count for about a week... and of course different weeks. Here are some pictures from a couple weeks ago!

Nana was down to watch the boys... I was also home sick, so Deacon and Nana got to spend the day making sugar cookies while Zachary and I hang around!

4 months!

Finally! Here are some of Zachary's 4 month pictures! He is growing so fast and is the happiest baby (unless he's sick). At his appointment he was in the 79% for weight and 94% for length and keeps growing! He continues to love Deacon and watches his every move. He just started sleeping on his tummy... we can't keep him on his back for more than 10 seconds!

Food and Fishing...

After Zachary's 4 month appointment (4 month pictures will come soon!) since Zach is still getting up 1-2 times a night to eat we decided to start him on some rice cereal. Well he hates it and still does almost a month later. He doesn't seem to think eating should work this way. He eats a couple bites unwillingly then gives up... I guess this is something we will work on over the next couple months! Then we have Deacon's new fishing boat! He likes to use the laundry basket and puzzle to fish, then of course, whoever is around has to push him!

Rolling again..

A couple weeks ago Zachary learned how to roll over from back to tummy! So he never stays on his back anymore (including while sleeping). Here are some pictures of our little man in action!

The other day we were eating breakfast and Dustin went to get Zach and said "Where is he?" Well... he had decided to roll right off his playmat and over to the table!

Apple Orchard

This fall has been great weather and we were able to make it to an apple orchard in Rochester. Deacon loved that we got to take a wagon ride out to the apples. Where we "picked apples with our fingers."~Deacon. Deacon didn't care so much about the apples after the first two and found some girls a little older to play with in the sand ;)
