We have had a wonderful October. We had so much fun visiting with my aunt,, uncle and cousins from California. We played lots of cards and drank a lot of wine :) We also got to play more baseball, football and make fun fall crafts. Thank you to all who participated in our Family Tree! Deacon asked everyday if we got more hands in the mail.We got them all back and the winner for the prettiest goes to my Grandma Koivisto with her sparkly ring! Now every night in November we are going to take one hand off the tree and say a special prayer for them.

Our fall wall... Deacon and Zachary made the apples, ghosts, bats and we found our leaves on a walk to the park. Deacon and Zach also painted their pumpkins. This whole project got started because Deacon brought home a leaf from school (the one right to the right of the ghost--left door) and there was no turning back. Each weekend we seemed to add more!
